Getting Started

PFA is a membership centric organisation representing direct property investors and their advisers. In seeking to be a relevant and proactive body, PFA undertakes many different tasks including the following:
  • Lobbying
  • Press Releases and public comment
  • Annual Conferences
  • Training Days
  • Networking Drinks
  • Education
  • Research
  • Cross industry opportunities (i.e. relationships with other relevant industry bodies).

Step 1: Become a Member

Join and become a member of the Property Funds Association, as we represent over 40 members of fund managers and advisor members in Australia. Fund Manager Members are investment fund managers that offer direct property investments to the public. To view the list of our current members, please click here. Some of the benefits of being a member are accesses to forums, networking events, conferences and more. If you're interested in becoming a member, click here for more information.

Step 2: Register an Online Account

Once approved as a member, you are now able to register an Online Account for the Members Only Access Area on the PFA website. Adding membership value, this permits access to industry reports, performance analysis reports and relevant research. If you are currently a member but do not have an Online Account, please click here to register.

Step 3: Enjoy

Welcome aboard! As a valued member, you will receive e-mails on industry updates, complimentary admission to events, invitations to networking functions and education & research. Please visit our ‘Conference & Events’ webpage to see our upcoming events.
