About: Aequitas is a property investment and advisory business. We proactively search for opportunities and coinvest with our investor partners across a diverse range of investment opportunities.
The Aequitas investment approach is informed by Queensland’s long-term growth forecasts. Our core investment strategy is buying and enhancing existing commercial property across several asset classes. In addition, the group participates in a wide range of property related ventures such as development projects, serviced offices, unlisted property syndicates and residential management rights.
Additionally, Aequitas provide property advisory services to our investors and private and institutional businesses.
Our investment focus remains on assets within South-East Queensland and particularly property located within a 10 km radius of the Brisbane CBD.
Since inception, Aequitas has deployed over $125M in equity across a range of opportunities.
